All meats are treated with a special rub and then slow-smoked over blended woods and topped with your choice of housemade BBQ Sauces.

Enjoy a meal at the Prof Shop before or after a round of golf.
Meal to include choice of:
• Chef grilled burgers
• Sausage and peppers
• Chicken breasts
All Chef attended at grill.
All meals include chips and draft beer.

Spend the day poolside and enjoy a special holiday buffet lunch:

Snack bar open for drinks and snacks only.
A la carte lunch is available in the clubhouse.

-9 Holes of Stroke Play
-14 players play the first hole
-The players with the 5 highest scores are eliminated after the first hole
-One player will be eliminated on each hole after the first hole
-If there are any ties after each hole, it is settled by a chip-off
-If the final two players are tied after the 9th hole, play will continue on hole #10 until a winner is decided.

Hors d’oeuvres and a dinner buffet will be provided in the Old Bar and Terrace (weather-permitting). There will also be live entertainment! Cap off the holiday at CCP!
