Membership Application

Regular Membership — 40 years of age and up
Full access to all of the Club’s facilities and amenities; 18-hole golf course, driving range, tennis, swimming pools, fitness, dining and social related events and activities. Membership privileges shall extend to the Member, Member’s spouse and dependent children as permitted by the Club.

Associate Membership — 36 to 39 years of age
Full access to all of the Club’s facilities and amenities; 18-hole golf course, driving range, tennis, swimming pools, fitness, dining and social related events and activities. Membership privileges shall extend to the Member, Member’s spouse and dependent children as permitted by the Club.

Junior Membership — 21 to 35 years of age
Full access to all of the Club’s facilities and amenities; 18-hole golf course, driving range, tennis, swimming pools, fitness, dining and social related events and activities. Membership privileges shall extend to the Member, Member’s spouse and dependent children as permitted by the Club.

Social Membership
Full access to all of the Club’s facilities and amenities; including tennis, swimming pools, fitness, dining and social related events and activities. There is limited access to the golf course and driving range facilities. Membership privileges shall extend to the Member, Members spouse and dependent children as permitted by the club.

Membership Fees as of 04/01/2024.
Junior and Associate Members, as they progress in age towards attaining Regular Members status, shall owe no additional initiation fees.

Potential New Members

Potential new member(s) receiving an invitation for membership must follow the normal procedures of joining the Country Club of Peoria; by submitting the enclosed Membership Application to the General Manager, completing the Membership Agreement Form and participating in an interview and approval process by the Club.
