Since 2005, our banquets have been led by the infamous Jeffery Hainline. With over 30 years of restaurant operations experience, Jeff shares his knowledge of inventory, management, menu planning, food cost and control, and sanitation with the culinary team. He is an award-winning chef with a flair for preparing a wide variety of creative dishes, and is well known for his ice sculptures at our special events and holidays.
Jeff has held the President, Vice President, and Chairman of the Board positions for the Heart of Illinois Pro Chefs Association. He has been an avid member of the American Culinary Federation for a number of years. Jeff was named Great Chef of America for his “Rodolo of Cheese and Pesto” in the 1993 American Dairy Associates Great Chefs of America competition.
